It has both overlapping vinyl groups and condensable methylene groups, allowing for a two-step reaction, and enables the production of a one-component crosslinkable polymer.
N-MAM-PC (N-Methylolacrylamide) Crystalline Product CH2=CH-CO-NH-CH2OH Our company has partnered with the manufacturer Kasano Kousan Co., Ltd. to sell N-MAM-PC crystalline products. This water-soluble N-MAM, which tends to self-condense at high purity, has been processed into a crystalline form through a special method. By removing moisture, it can be used even in polymerization systems that are sensitive to moisture contamination. Additionally, due to the low amount of condensate, the occurrence of gel materials during polymerization is minimized.

basic information
N-MAM-PC (N-Methylolacrylamide) Crystalline Product CH2=CH-CO-NH-CH2OH It has both a polymerizable vinyl group and a condensable methylol group, allowing for a two-step reaction and the production of a one-component crosslinkable polymer. For use in aqueous systems, there is also a water-soluble type, N-MAM60. Additionally, there are 2MA, which is methyl etherified N-MAM, and NBM, which is butyl etherified. 2MA is a water-soluble liquid that primarily releases methanol during condensation. CH2=CH-CO-NH-CH2OCH3 NBM is an oil-soluble liquid that primarily releases butanol during condensation. CH2=CH-CO-NH-CH2OCH2CH2CH2CH3 The vinyl group can also be cured with ultraviolet light and is used in ultraviolet-curable resins.
