"PL_DesignC" is software that supports the design and manufacturing of planetary gears. It allows for the design of combinations of the sun gear, planet gears, and internal gears of planetary gears. Additionally, it supports rotational simulations for planetary, solar, and star mechanisms, generates tooth profile diagrams using racks (with internal gears created by pinions), outputs DXF files, saves tooth profile data as text, and accommodates the design of lateral offsets, all through simple operations. "PL_DesignC" can perform strength calculations for tooth surface strength according to JGMA6102-02 (2009) and bending strength calculations according to JGMA6101-02 (2007). It has the functionality to save and open strength calculation data files, contributing to the management of strength data and the acceleration of work processes. Furthermore, calculation results can be printed or saved as text files and opened in applications like EXCEL.
