"HG_Design" is a design and manufacturing support software for displacement spur gears. It allows for the design of combinations of external spur gears and displacement spur gears. Additionally, it features gear rotation simulations, tooth profile generation diagrams using racks, output of DXF files, text saving of tooth profile data, and supports the design of "high teeth and low teeth," all of which can be performed with simple operations. "HG_DesignC" enables strength calculations for tooth surface strength according to JGMA6102-02 (2009) and bending strength calculations according to JGMA6101-02 (2007). It has functions for saving and opening strength calculation data files, contributing to the management of strength data and the acceleration of work processes. Furthermore, calculation results can be printed or saved as text files and opened in applications like EXCEL.
