On August 25, at the Kitakyushu City West Disability Welfare Center, we will be exhibiting the universal design walking guidance mat for visually impaired individuals, "Hodokun Guideway," at the "Welfare Equipment Exhibition for the Visually Impaired in Kitakyushu 2019," and we invite all attendees to experience it. From July 12 to 14, we will be exhibiting the visual impairment walking guidance soft mat "Hodokun Guideway" at the "18th Kochi Welfare Equipment Exhibition in the 1st Welfare General Fair" scheduled to be held in Kochi, allowing attendees to experience it firsthand. The guidance mat has been delivered to approximately 1,000 locations nationwide, including Kochi Prefectural School for the Blind (Lumiere Salon), Muroto City Library, Aki Welfare Health Center, and Support Station Ai Kochi. We encourage you to take this opportunity to experience the actual product. From June 28 to 30, we will be exhibiting the visual impairment walking guidance soft mat "Hodokun Guideway" at the 5th National Higher Education Support Council for Students with Disabilities (AHEAD JAPAN) to be held at the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center, where attendees will have the opportunity to experience it. Hodokun Guideway is a guidance mat that can be installed retroactively in necessary indoor locations and can be set up in places where it is difficult to attach tactile blocks. There has been an increasing number of cases where it is being introduced in higher education institutions, such as universities, from the perspective of supporting students with disabilities and providing reasonable accommodations.
