At B.K.T., we also perform cutting of aluminum checker plates. The photo shows the cutting of A5052 (aluminum) 6t checker plate using a water jet cutting machine. Normally, spatter (the melted residue from laser cutting) adheres to the surface, but with water jet cutting, there is no concern about spatter. This reduces the time spent on spatter processing and contributes to improved work efficiency.
