This is a super compact single-type cartridge seal. It can be easily installed without modification on the stuffing box of the pump you are using, as well as on pumps with particularly narrow atmospheric side spaces. 【Features】 - Extremely compact in the axial direction. The total length, including the seal cover, is less than 50mm (2 inches). - No wear on the shaft or sleeve. - No need for additional machining on the stuffing box of the pump in use, making installation easy. - Can be directly mounted on pumps conforming to ISO and DIN standards. - The bolt holes for the seal cover are designed with a U-shaped notch, eliminating the need for measuring PCD dimensions or additional machining for the seal cover bolt holes. - As a stationary type, it achieves excellent followability. - Since the spring and knock pin do not come into contact with the fluid, it can avoid operational failures or sticking caused by slurry. - Standardly equipped with flushing, quenching, and drain ports. - Features an external structure for the stuffing box, providing excellent air cooling effects.
