The "Vent Type Injection Molding Technology" is a molding technology aimed at eliminating "silver defects" caused by moisture and volatile gases in plastic materials. After the plastic material is melted and pressurized in the first stage, the principle of degassing is utilized, where moisture and volatile gas components are discharged from the pressure release area (vent hole). It is a rational mechanism that squeezes out moisture and volatile gases that cannot be completely removed by drying equipment alone, eliminating the need for a drying process itself.
