The "H&C Technology (Rapid Heating and Cooling Molding of Molds)" is a technique that suppresses the occurrence of welds, which is a challenge in the molding of automotive interior decorative parts, specifically the "Center Garnish." Welds become more pronounced when the fusion temperature of the resin is lower, so by implementing rapid heating and cooling of the mold, we have successfully achieved excellent design quality and productivity without welds.
