- The theoretical resolution is 10.5 nL at full step. The fluid delivery is smooth at high resolution. - The minimum model has a groundbreaking size of φ12×L163 mm (excluding needle and sensor case). It incorporates a two-phase stepping motor for drive within this dimension. - It is lightweight, making it possible to install on a microscope stage, use in a constant temperature chamber, or mount on movable parts of the device. - By using a set of two for alternating fluid delivery, an ultra-low flow continuous delivery system can also be configured.
