Our company offers proposals for thermographic diagnosis of rotating machinery. For monitoring the condition of electric motors using thermography, the following management standards are established. The target values for condition monitoring are set using seasonal data from similar types, applications, and models of equipment (comparison subjects). 【Setting Management Standards】 ■ Absolute Management Standards - Maximum allowable temperature, usage temperature limits, temperature rise limits *Quoted from standards (JIS, JEM, JEC, etc.) ■ Condition Monitoring Target Values - Allowable range of ΔT (temperature rise value) during normal operation (normal values in vibration analysis) *Set for each piece of equipment based on baseline data ■ Evaluation Criteria - Absolute evaluation criteria, relative evaluation criteria, mutual evaluation criteria *Action indicators when deviating from absolute management standard values or condition monitoring target values *For more details, please feel free to download the PDF or contact us.
