We propose valves that are optimal for handling chemical liquids.
The wet process refers to the stage in the production system where liquids, particularly chemical liquids, are applied, and it is a core process in semiconductor manufacturing. GEMÜ products are made with wetted parts of PTFE or PFA, providing high chemical resistance that is unaffected by corrosive chemicals. Additionally, they offer added value such as space-saving, flexible and compact design, as well as high flow capacity with minimized pressure loss.
