The electrolysis deburring machine "ECD Series" is a product that applies the electrochemical machining method for deburring. Using electrodes and jigs tailored to the shape of the workpiece and the deburring locations, it performs deburring by dissolving the burrs without contact. It is effective for burrs in areas that are difficult to reach with machining or by hand, as well as for burrs that cannot be removed by other means.
