The Suppon MPX is a mechanical joint that allows for pipe connection simply by inserting and tightening high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter). It eliminates the need for an in-core, disassembly, and electric fusion work, enabling smooth construction operations. The product we are introducing this time is the "Suppon MPX MP-D." It is a joint that allows for switching from high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) to cast iron pipes. It accommodates cast iron pipes with sizes ranging from φ75mm to 150mm. During the joining of cast iron pipes, no disassembly is required, and no lubricant or insertion machine is needed; you can simply insert the pipe and tighten the bolts and nuts for construction. It is also possible to slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing pipes with newly installed ones. This can be utilized for repairs or renovations of aging piping, particularly at the connection points with existing pipes. If removal is necessary, it can be easily detached by loosening the installed bolts and nuts.
