This is a new type of crusher designed to shred branches and logs into chip-like pieces. Similar to a single-shaft crusher, it crushes materials by scraping them with fixed and rotating blades. However, it features two rotors with rotating blades, each having two corresponding fixed blades, resulting in approximately double the processing capacity compared to a single-shaft crusher (according to our company). By independently controlling the two rotors, it can smoothly intake materials without a pusher. It has characteristics such as minimal clogging even with high-moisture wood, reduced scattering of fragments during crushing, easy attachment and detachment of screens for particle size adjustment, straightforward replacement of rotating blades, and the ability to handle long logs, making it an ideal machine for wood biomass plants.
