Minimal deformation and aging deterioration due to post-processing heat treatment! Recommended for tools requiring wear resistance.
The "Cold Work Tool Steel" is a material used for tools that require wear resistance, such as gauges, press molds, and screw-cutting dies. Typical examples include the so-called die steels like SKD1, SKD11, SKD12, and SKD2, which are high-carbon chromium alloys. They primarily enhance wear resistance by dispersing a large amount of chromium carbide. Due to the high chromium content, they have significant self-hardening properties and can be adequately hardened through air cooling. 【Features】 ■ Minimal deformation and aging deterioration after heat treatment ■ Used for applications requiring wear resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
