We support your research and development by identifying unknown components contained in the sample.
We conduct qualitative analysis of various materials and substances, ranging from inorganic compounds to organic compounds. Using methods such as EDX, WDX, XRF, ICP, GC-MS, and FT-IR, we identify the main components of unknown materials.

basic information
**Features** ● SEM-EDX: Surface Analysis Qualitative analysis of elements from B to U can be performed simultaneously in a short time. Additionally, by analyzing while observing the sample, it is possible to target and analyze foreign substances smaller than 100μm. The analysis depth is approximately 1μm, making it suitable for surface analysis. ● WDX (FE-EPMA): Energy resolution of about 10 eV Interference between closely spaced peaks is suppressed, allowing for the analysis of peaks that cannot be separated by EDX. The qualitative range is from B to U. ● ED-XRF: Non-destructive analysis The qualitative range is from Na to U, and the analysis range includes φ0.3, 1, 3, and 10 mm. It has a greater analysis depth than SEM-EDX (several tens of μm for metals and several mm for resins), making it suitable for bulk sample analysis. ● ICP Analysis: High-sensitivity trace analysis High-sensitivity trace element analysis is possible using an ICP mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Qualitative analysis of the contained elements is performed using a simple quantitative method based on a single measurement. ● Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Qualitative analysis is conducted on volatile organic compounds with boiling points up to about 300°C. In addition to solvent extraction, qualitative analysis of outgassing using headspace methods or thermal desorption devices is also possible.

Company information
Our main business is providing technical services to evaluate the reliability of developed products. We not only provide evaluation data in accordance with standards and regulations, but also propose optimal methods, conditions, and equipment for evaluation purposes, as well as design and manufacture original equipment and jigs for non-standard evaluations. Additionally, we handle three evaluation techniques—measurement, testing, and analysis—comprehensively, allowing us to offer complex services that span diverse equipment and suggest more multifaceted evaluation methods.
