VOC measurements will be conducted using heated desorption GC-MS and HPLC.
VOC stands for volatile organic compounds and is one of the causes of suspended particulate matter and photochemical oxidants. These substances contribute to air pollution and raise concerns about their impact on human health, which is why regulations through emission controls and voluntary initiatives are being promoted. In VOC analysis services, measurement of items classified as VOCs is conducted using heated desorption GC-MS and HPLC methods.

basic information
**Features** - Measurement of 8 components using heated desorption GC-MS and 3 components using HPLC. We measure 8 components including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, styrene, xylene, tetradecane, dibutyl phthalate, and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate with GC-MS, and 3 components including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and acrolein with HPLC. - Sampling bag method. The measurement methods for VOCs can be broadly divided into two types: the sampling bag method and the small chamber method. JTL adopts the sampling bag method for testing. - Capability to handle large components. By using large sampling bags and constant temperature baths or dryers, it is possible to measure large components without destroying them.

Company information
Our main business is providing technical services to evaluate the reliability of developed products. We not only provide evaluation data in accordance with standards and regulations, but also propose optimal methods, conditions, and equipment for evaluation purposes, as well as design and manufacture original equipment and jigs for non-standard evaluations. Additionally, we handle three evaluation techniques—measurement, testing, and analysis—comprehensively, allowing us to offer complex services that span diverse equipment and suggest more multifaceted evaluation methods.
