Inorganic gas measurements will be conducted using GC-TCD and GC-BID.
In our inorganic gas analysis service, we measure various inorganic gases (including some organic gases). Nitrogen, oxygen, and helium are analyzed using GC-TCD, while hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, propane, and ethylene are analyzed using GC-BID. We also conduct measurements combined with various tests.

basic information
**Features** ● High-sensitivity measurement of inorganic gases When the generated gas is in trace amounts, using a GC-BID with barrier discharge ionization detection allows for measurements that are approximately 100 times more sensitive compared to GC-TCD. ● Measurement of nitrogen and oxygen to low concentrations using a glove box Since nitrogen and oxygen are present in large quantities in the atmosphere, it is difficult to measure them at low concentrations with standard processing. However, by conducting the process in a glove box with an argon atmosphere, the influence of air is reduced, enabling measurements at the one-digit percent level. ● Measurements combined with tests such as charge/discharge tests, constant temperature tests, and environmental tests Measurements are also conducted in combination with various tests. By measuring after the tests, it is possible to understand the degradation status of the constituent materials.

Company information
Our main business is providing technical services to evaluate the reliability of developed products. We not only provide evaluation data in accordance with standards and regulations, but also propose optimal methods, conditions, and equipment for evaluation purposes, as well as design and manufacture original equipment and jigs for non-standard evaluations. Additionally, we handle three evaluation techniques—measurement, testing, and analysis—comprehensively, allowing us to offer complex services that span diverse equipment and suggest more multifaceted evaluation methods.
