Deburring is an important process, but traditionally, it has been common practice for people to handle it manually. This is because the state of wear on the tools used in the pre-processing stage affects the burrs, making it impossible to address them without manual intervention. There are many individuals, regardless of industry or company size, who are engaged in very delicate deburring while peering through a microscope, or using high-speed air rotary tools that create sparks while deburring. While deburring is a crucial process, it often places a heavy burden on the personnel responsible for it, and tends to be a simple task. As a result, it is a reality that motivation tends to be low. I believe there are very few people who find joy in engaging with deburring tasks. To change the mindset and approach towards deburring, we established Deburring University.
