Introducing a case study on the implementation of a blender for the safe neutralization of harmful substances.
This document introduces a case study of a domestic power engineering company that has implemented the three-axis ribbon blender, NES-RBWR Blender. The company mixes PCB and alkaline agent powders in a sealed space, and we proposed a three-axis ribbon blender that allows for discharge via a screw feeder. This has enabled operators to safely and efficiently carry out detoxification processes without coming into contact with liquids. 【Contents】 ■ Customer: Domestic power engineering company ■ Background: Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) ■ Solution: If a two-axis doesn't work, then use a three-axis ■ Effect: Improved efficiency not only in discharge but also in mixing with the three-axis design *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
