At Okubo Mold Industry, we primarily design and manufacture die-casting molds for aluminum, zinc, and magnesium, and we can provide various proposals for die-cast product production. We conduct product shape analysis, including thickness analysis, and suggest the elimination of areas where defects in cast products are predicted to occur. Additionally, we can consider gate designs using flow analysis and material and mold design based on the analysis results.
