Programmable Nanopower Dual-Channel Sensor Monitor 'ADS7142'
A standalone Nanopower sensor monitor ideal for designs with strict cost constraints. It autonomously monitors signals while optimizing the system's power, reliability, and performance. Using a comparator with a digital window, it implements event-triggered interrupts for each channel, allowing programming of high/low thresholds, hysteresis, and event counters. It features a dual-channel analog multiplexer in front of a successive approximation register ADC, and an internal data buffer for converting and capturing data from the sensor. The ADS7142 is supplied in a 10-pin QFN package measuring 1.5mm x 2mm. With a power consumption of only 900nW and a small size, it is ideal for applications with strict space constraints and battery-powered applications.
