Dual channel, high performance, low power consumption, RRI/O FET input operational amplifier "OPA2810"
A voltage feedback operational amplifier with a wide power supply voltage range and very low input bias current. It operates stably at unity gain and provides a small-signal unity gain bandwidth of 120MHz. It achieves excellent DC accuracy and dynamic AC performance with ultra-low quiescent power. Manufactured using TI's patented high-speed SiGe BiCMOS process. With a wide gain bandwidth product of 70MHz, a high slew rate of 240V/µs, and ultra-low noise of 5.7nV/√Hz, it is ideal for a wide range of data acquisition/signal processing solutions. The quiescent current per channel is 3.6mA (typical). It operates over a wide power supply voltage range of 4.75V to 27V and provides rail-to-rail input and output. The wide power supply voltage range and excellent dynamic characteristics make it suitable for a broad range of applications such as wideband photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, test/measurement front-end buffers, and active filters. Its ability to provide a linear output current of 50mA also makes it ideal for driving optoelectronic components and buffering DC outputs for heavy loads. The package is an 8-pin SOT23-8/VSSOP-8. It operates over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
