The OKF/WKF type tunnel freezer is a specialized machine for individual quick freezing (IQF) that uses cold air sent from a high-pressure chamber to float the products evenly and freeze them from all surfaces. Cold air is blown up from below the conveyor, rapidly freezing the products while keeping them suspended and separated.
