Automatic cleaning prevents clogging! A screen changer that enables continuous production for 24 hours.
The continuous reverse washing screen changer 'FDC60' is a continuous reverse washing screen changer that offers significant advantages in energy saving, resource conservation, and space-saving. Aligning the outlet of the screen changer according to the molding direction shortens the passage of the molten resin, which helps prevent melt degradation. Additionally, the elimination of elbows due to direction changes results in further space savings, allowing for a smaller heater capacity. 【Features】 ○ Continuous operation: Capable of non-stop production 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ○ Reverse washing: Automatically cleans clogged screens for repeated use ○ Large filtration area: Minimal pressure increase due to clogging, minimal decrease in extrusion volume ○ Omnidirectional: The outlet direction of the screen changer can be selected according to the molding direction *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

I have been involved in design and research and development at a major extrusion machine manufacturer for about 35 years. When I retired, continuous and backwash screen changers were just starting to gain attention, but at that time, they were all imported from abroad, which made them expensive and difficult to obtain. In my small way, I aimed to address this issue by working on the development of a new domestically produced screen changer. In 1996, I developed Japan's first continuous backwash type (rod rotary) screen changer and took the step to commercialize it in 1997. Since then, with the support of many customers, we have continued as a specialized manufacturer of screen changers to this day.
