The M97xx series is a newly designed DC electronic load device. It features high-speed response, high precision of 0.1mA or 0.01mA, and high resolution. The basic accuracy is 0.03%, with a basic current rise of 2.5A/us. It is used in a wide range of applications including production lines for mobile chargers, mobile batteries, electric vehicles, switching power supplies, linear power supplies, LED drivers, as well as in automotive electronics, aerospace, marine, solar cells, and fuel cell development and research. The programmable DC electronic load device comes in a wide range of products from 150W models to several kilowatts. It is equipped with CC, CR, CV, CW, CC+CV, and CR+CV modes. Load settings can be dynamically configured flexibly. Control via RS232/RS485/USB is also possible. During equipment testing or research and development, this device can be used as various forms of loads without the need to prepare actual resistors, inductors, capacitors, or pseudo circuit networks.
