Takasago Electric Industry's "Miniature Valve" offers several models that minimize the pumping volume through the miniaturization of solenoid valves. In the "EXAK Series," the special internal structure (zero pumping volume structure) reduces the pumping volume to less than 1/100 of our conventional models. In rocker-type and non-diaphragm valve types (corrosion-resistant valves that do not use diaphragms), there is no change in internal volume due to ON/OFF operation, resulting in a reduction in pumping volume.
