Diaphragm Valve Technical Information: Impact on the Analysis Accuracy of Electromagnetic Valve Internal Volume
Verification of the impact of the internal volume of the flow path switching solenoid valve on chromatographic analysis.
To verify the impact of the internal volume of the flow path switching solenoid valve used in the gas sampling control device on chromatographic analysis, we constructed a gas sampling control device and conducted measurements of standard samples. In this measurement, we compared the flow path switching of the device using a "zero dead volume valve (zero internal volume structure solenoid valve)" and a standard solenoid valve. The results of the measurements confirmed that the zero internal volume structure improved the performance of the gas sampling control device and enhanced the analytical accuracy of the chromatograph.
