Integrating a balance piston type unload valve and check valve! For applications such as dual pressure circuits.
The "Unloading Relief Valve (HRU)" is a pressure control valve that integrates a balanced piston type unloading valve and a check valve. It is mainly used in accumulator circuits and in dual pressure circuits that require low pressure and high capacity from one pump and high pressure and low capacity from another pump. 【Features】 ■ When the pressure of the main circuit reaches the set pressure of the unloading valve (cut-out pressure), the pilot pressure is activated, and the oil sent from the pump is returned to the tank through the return port without load. ■ When the pressure of the main circuit decreases and reaches the cut-in pressure (approximately 85% of the cut-out pressure), the pilot pressure is released, and the oil sent from the pump flows back into the main circuit under load. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
