The "GEN" feed conversion system is a drying fermentation feed conversion system realized through a business partnership with Genkoji Research Institute, which has technology for utilizing koji mold. By applying koji mold, used in shochu production, to the raw materials and fermenting it into koji, the system converts it into dried feed in about 24 hours due to the fermentation heat generated by the koji mold.
