The "Vacuum Heating Kneader" allows for stirring, permeation, and dehydration while heating at low temperatures (starting from around 60°C) by creating a reduced pressure state inside the kneader container. It enables cooking without compromising the color, taste, or aroma of the ingredients, and allows for the low-temperature melting of seasonings such as sugar, preventing discoloration and burning during reduction processes. There is also an eccentric tipping design that makes it easy to load and unload materials, as well as a spherical design that excels in heat exchange and stirring efficiency, allowing you to choose based on your application.
