For brackets and thin sheet shims and spacers made from sheet metal and welded products, we can ship within as little as one day. Leveraging our thin sheet metal processing capabilities, we also offer welding services (thickness = 0.2mm to 2.0mm) using fiber laser welding, accommodating materials such as steel, SUS, and aluminum. We have developed a "crossover processing" method that combines sheet metal, drawing, and flange processing as an alternative to small-lot press processing. We handle everything from thin sheet metal processing (thickness = 0.1mm to 5.0mm) for terminals and switch springs to enclosures, starting from just one prototype. We also support post-processing such as plating and aim to be a flexible precision sheet metal processing company. We can accommodate relatively small production runs from one prototype to about 1,000 units.
