The basic structure of the air turn bar features a unique design with a cross-section that is semi-circular or semi-elliptical, along with straight sections on both sides (patented). This structure allows for an even lift of the substrate along the outer surface of the air turn bar, preventing contact with the air turn bar itself. The material is made of SUS-304 or aluminum, with flanges fixed at both ends, and one side or both sides equipped with fittings for compressed air supply. Air is supplied using a dedicated blower. A HEPA filter is installed between the blower and the air turn bar, making it suitable for clean environments. Additionally, it prevents dust from adhering to the substrate and clogging of the air turn bar.
