Optical non-contact measurement system suitable for measuring and analyzing more complex parts such as splines, gears, and screws with notches.
This newly added model to the series offers excellent performance along with a comprehensive software package featuring Reflex Scan+. Measuring screws Among shaft-shaped workpieces, the analysis of screw shapes is an important element, and the measurement itself is a very labor-intensive task. Silverback Scan is capable of analyzing screw shapes as well. For measuring worm screws, the F60 T is required, which is equipped with a system that tilts the workpiece along the twist angle to project the contour based on actual dimensions.
