Introducing a product case for gauges used to measure hole positions in automotive valve products.
We would like to introduce a product case of Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing's "Hole Position Measurement Gauge for Valve Products." This is a gauge product for measuring hole positions of valve products for automobiles. Due to the angled bottom surface of the valve components, measurement using a 3D measuring device was not possible, so measurements were conducted using a gauge. In this case, we received the valve components from the customer and examined how to perform the measurements, providing a consistent response from design to manufacturing.
