Introducing product examples of expandable mandrels using the 3-Joe method.
We would like to introduce a product example of Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing's "expandable mandrel adopting a 3-jaw system." This expandable mandrel employs a 3-jaw system and features a stepped mechanism that broadens the expansion range. Specifically, due to the inclined expansion principle, it can achieve an expansion range of up to 25mm with a single mandrel, allowing for measurement ranges from φ10mm to 175mm with just 12 types of mandrels. The measurable accuracy is guaranteed to be 2.5μm at any measurement position. However, the operation of the mechanism is not difficult; measurement can be performed simply by inserting the workpiece into the mandrel's jaws and lightly tapping the end face with a soft hammer. 【Product Attributes (Specifications)】 ■Product Classification: Expandable Mandrel ■Industry: Automotive ■Material: Iron *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
