Introducing a product case of a transmission case hole position measurement gauge.
We would like to introduce a product case of Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing's "Transmission Case Hole Position Measurement Gauge." This gauge is designed to measure by covering the workpiece for transmission cases. A large bore gauge is inserted into a large-diameter bushing hole to measure the position of the holes. It offers two patterns for measurable hole pitches: 450mm and 600mm. This gauge is used for cases that have numerous holes requiring precision in hole diameter and pitch. Measuring each hole individually with a general-purpose machine takes a considerable amount of time, leading to increased lead times. On the other hand, while producing a custom gauge incurs initial costs, it can significantly reduce inspection and measurement time, thereby shortening lead times. 【Product Attributes (Specifications)】 ■ Product Classification: Cover/Case ■ Industry: Automotive ■ Material: Steel ■ Measurement Item: Hole Position ■ Measurement Tolerance: Position "0.2" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
