We would like to introduce a product case of Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing's "Transmission Gear Gear Gauge for Measuring Gear Hole Positions." This is a custom gauge used for measuring the hole positions of gear press parts used in automobile transmissions. The workpiece is set in the center, and the positional accuracy of the holes opened on the outer diameter is measured. All holes are sized at φ1.5, and by setting a plug gauge around them, all holes can be measured at once.
