【Introduction Examples】 ■Applicable Process: Final Rinse Tank <Conventional> - River water → Sand filtration → Simple ion exchange → Supplied to the final rinse tank. Conductivity is managed. - High frequency of ion exchange resin replacement. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor> - No stains on the product. - No odor from organic matter. ■Applicable Process: Final Rinse Tank for Heat-Resistant Preflux <Conventional> - Use of ion-exchanged water. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor (Ion-exchanged water → Tap water)> - Effective against contamination of rinse filters: Low degree of contamination (visual inspection). - No water staining after drying the preflux. Almost dry with air knife. - Good condition of slime inside the rinse chamber. - Little fluctuation in pH of the first rinse water.
