We strive to respond to all inquiries regarding the repair of Ecto products quickly and kindly. During the warranty period, repairs are free of charge within the warranty provisions; thereafter, repairs will incur a fee. (Replacement of consumables is chargeable.) There are no charges for travel expenses, making it reasonable. Please apply through your dealer for use. *The shipping cost at the time of sending is the customer's responsibility.

<Important Notes for Use> • For damages due to drops or flooding, there may be cases where repair is not possible. • The amounts mentioned above apply to repairs conducted by Ecto Co., Ltd. • For fixed-rate repair fees, there will be no estimate with a detailed repair invoice as it is a flat rate. • Products not covered by the fixed-rate repair support will require a separate repair estimate. • We do not return degraded parts that are replaced during the repair. • If you wish to discontinue the repair and have us dispose of the item, a fee of 2,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. • If you wish to discontinue the repair and have the item returned unrepaired, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
