MH technology that reduces fuel consumption through the effect of fine unevenness!
We offer the "MH technology," which utilizes discharge phenomena to form a high-hardness alloy layer on metal surfaces. When the hammering die surface and the MH treatment electrode (main component: tungsten carbide) are brought close to each other within a few microns in a liquid medium, a discharge phenomenon occurs. The high heat generated at this time is used to form a thermal compound between the hammer material and the electrode. The thermal compound possesses the characteristics of gradient metals, being highly hard and durable, and prevents the peeling of the compound. 【Features of MH Hammer】 ■ By creating 1 to 5 μm of unevenness on the hammering die surface, adhesion is suppressed. ■ The lifespan of the hammer is improved. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
