  Many famous restaurants and hotels have already begun to implement this. Among them, we have received feedback that the introduction of outdoor heating devices has increased the turnover rate of outdoor terrace seating, resulting in significant cost-effectiveness.

  ◆Guideline for Heating Range The heating range is as shown in the left diagram. It roughly covers an area equivalent to one four-person dining table. The heating type is far infrared (radiant heat). It provides a gently comfortable warmth. *The installation height should be around 1.8 meters, and should not be too high, as this may reduce the heating effectiveness.

  ◆Installation Guidelines (Mounting on Wall/Ceiling) Please refer to the left diagram for the installation guidelines for mounting on walls and ceilings. The weight of the device is 2.2 kg, so it places a light burden on the wall or ceiling where it is mounted (please install it in areas with proper support).

  ◆Installation Instructions (Stand Installation) The installation instructions are as shown in the left diagram. Assembly can be easily completed with just one screwdriver.

  ◆Power Plug Shape The power plug (100V outlet) comes with a conversion adapter that can accommodate both the standard 2-pin type and the 3-pin type with a grounding terminal. Additionally, the power plug is of the standard rainproof type, so rainproof extension cords can also be used (please note that it will not be rainproof when using the conversion adapter).

  ◆Adopting a carbon heater with excellent durability and heating performance The halogen heater, which is widely used as an electric heater, uses nichrome wire as its heating element, whereas Chrester employs a carbon heater that utilizes carbon fiber. The carbon heater is said to emit approximately twice the amount of infrared radiation compared to a halogen heater with the same power consumption, providing higher heating capacity. Additionally, the typical lifespan of a halogen heater is about 5,000 hours, while the lifespan of a carbon heater ranges from approximately 7,500 to 10,000 hours, with Chrester's carbon heater boasting a lifespan of around 10,000 hours. ◆Internal reflector that maximizes efficiency and minimizes energy waste The reflector surrounding the heater incorporates know-how gained from numerous tests. Including the side reflectors, the design is calculated and experimentally determined to concentrate the infrared radiation from the heating element towards the front at the most efficient angles and arrangements. This allows for the conversion of consumed electricity into thermal energy for effective heating without waste.

  ◆Excellent insulation performance with aluminum double structure design Various know-how has been incorporated to concentrate infrared radiation from the heating element towards the front. Conversely, the back side of the heater is positioned very close to the mounting surface, such as walls or ceilings, requiring ingenuity to ensure that "heat does not escape" in stark contrast to the front. Chrester's infrared heater is designed with a double structure of aluminum for the housing to ensure robust insulation on the back side, minimizing heat emission to the rear. Although this complexity increases costs, it is a unique design by Chrester that allows for "safe and reliable use." Even in images taken with a thermal viewer, it is clear that there is almost no temperature rise on the back side.
