GDLAB LLC has achieved high aspect ratio, ultra-thick electroforming of nickel alloys (Ni/B, Ni/Mn, Ni/W) and precious metals (Rh, Pt, Pd). We have successfully applied nickel alloy electroforming using electroforming technology to MEMS components, as well as produced electroformed parts using rhodium metal.
