"High Merit" is an environmentally friendly melamine resin powder coating that does not contain toluene or xylene, and can reduce fuel and CO2 emissions by approximately 20-30% compared to conventional melamine powder coatings. It allows for curing at temperatures 20-30°C lower than traditional medium-temperature types. Furthermore, it can also accommodate curing temperatures equivalent to conventional melamine coatings. By expanding the applicable curing temperature range, it helps avoid curing defects. Additionally, we offer a white base "AP White (thick film type)" that improves the limits for sagging and running.
