"Protech 3" is a long-type series mold from Amada that can be adjusted to the specified punch height in just a few seconds without any tools. It adopts a spring canister method that ensures the assembly length remains unchanged even after regrinding the punch, making it suitable for high-speed processing modes. Additionally, we can produce "ID molds" that are compatible with turret punch presses that utilize ID-based mold management systems. We will provide the mold with an ID attached, along with an ID information sheet for mold registration. It is also possible to use our punch body with the guides of other manufacturers' ID molds.
