Introducing a product example designed to accommodate four different dimensions with a single unit.
We would like to introduce a product example of the "Tooth Groove Measurement Gauge" from Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing. This gauge is designed to measure gears used in engine units for the automotive industry, and it can accommodate four different dimensions with a single unit to correspond to several measurement dimensions. In terms of its mechanism, it consists of four components: OBD, the measurement gauge, a fixed side, and a movable side unit, all of which can be set to any position according to the dimensions. Additionally, due to the very high measurement accuracy required in its manufacturing, the flatness and parallelism of the reference plane are processed to within 0.005mm. 【Product Attributes (Specifications)】 ■ Product Classification: Gear ■ Industry: Automotive Industry ■ Material: Steel ■ Size: Φ50×20 ■ Measurement Item: OBD ■ Measurement Tolerance: ±0.1 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
