The pinhole inspection machine for packaging products [Model: APH-A25/30] inspects seal defects after filling for pharmaceuticals and food (plastic bottles, jars, containers, bags), as well as pinhole defects in resin films, using non-contact high-voltage discharge pinhole detection. The APH-A25 type allows for pinhole inspection at low voltage (AC 1-25 kV continuously variable). It is suitable for inspecting thin areas of sealed packaging for food and other items wrapped in films or sheets, particularly when the distance between the positive and negative electrodes is narrow. The APH-A30 type allows for pinhole inspection at high voltage (AC 1-30 kV continuously variable).
