Reproducing road surface shapes and unevenness with high precision! A new model that significantly improves operational efficiency and allows for durability testing evaluation.
Our "ePost System" is a road simulator that is optimal for vehicle testing (BSR, NVH testing) capable of reproducing all road surface conditions. The new model also supports durability testing. It can accurately reproduce road shapes and irregularities, enabling highly reliable vehicle structure testing. In this "Iron Core" model, we have replaced the conventional air core actuators (linear electromagnetic and pneumatic) with iron core actuators (linear electromagnetic and water-cooled). This allows for significant reductions in operational and maintenance costs compared to hydraulic simulators. 【Features】 ■ Supports noise, squeak, and rattle (BSR) NVH testing, as well as durability testing ■ Achieves an environmentally friendly testing environment with a clean system ■ Can be installed on existing equipment ■ Can be installed in environmental chambers ranging from -40°C to 70°C ■ Offers three models that accommodate a wide range of vehicle sizes *For more details, please contact us.

Company information
MTS Japan, Inc. is the Japanese subsidiary of the American engineering company MTS Systems Corporation, which specializes in various testing equipment. For over 40 years, we have provided engineering consulting services to users in Japan, delivering earthquake simulation systems, automotive durability testing systems, aircraft fatigue testing equipment, and various material testing devices to public institutions, universities, and private companies in our country. All of these systems play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of their operations and are indispensable when it comes to "manufacturing" products. MTS Japan, Inc. was established in June 1972 with a 50% investment from MTS Systems Corporation. In May 1975, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and in 1981, we established the Nagoya branch (now the West Japan branch) to strengthen our sales and support system, which continues to this day. Through collaboration with MTS, we achieve optimization of design, improvement of productivity, and reduction of time to market for our customers' products.
