Supports an extended temperature range and addresses the technical challenges of Ethernet connectivity applications used in harsh environments. It is highly reliable, equipped with rich features and robust performance, and meets the IEEE 802.3u standard over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade-2. Suitable for use in harsh environments such as automotive, transportation, wireless remote radio base stations, and industrial control applications. It provides enhanced ESD protection features and offers a choice of MII or RMII interfaces, maximizing flexibility in MPU selection. Supplied in a 40-pin WQFN package.
