1. The standard collapsible core is suitable for molded products with a maximum core outer diameter ("A") of 18.29-107.31 mm and can handle 360° undercut processing. 2. The mini core is suitable for molded products with a maximum core outer diameter of 16.38-24.51 mm. However, due to the presence of three non-toppling center pin blades, it processes approximately 70% of the overall undercut. 3. It is also compatible with molded products that have part of the top protruding or with sleeve-shaped molded products. 4. The collapsible core operates without lubricants, but surface coatings for wear resistance and corrosion resistance are also effective. 5. We also manufacture collapsible cores outside of standard sizes. Additionally, we accept requests for screw grinding processing at the core tip.
